Fee not includes :
- Personal expenses
- Any expenses not included in the itinerary
- Additional costs incurred due to delays in private transportation, strikes, typhoons or other uncontrollable circumstances beyond the company’s control.
Please note:
- Due to the activity requiring a minimum of 8 people to form a group, confirmation of registration does not guarantee that the group has been formed. We will confirm whether the group has been formed 3 days prior to the activity.
- If the group cannot be formed, we will provide other dates for the customer to reschedule, or the customer can choose to receive a full refund. The refund process will be completed within 21 working days.
- Once the group has been formed, the customer will need to fill out the relevant form for activity arrangements and to receive the admission tickets. The tickets will be sent to the email address provided in the form 2 days prior to the activity.
Detailed Terms and Conditions:
- All photos provided in the itinerary are for reference only;
- This promotional activity is only applicable to Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above;
- Participants must present their Hong Kong ID card upon entry;
- For this activity experience, participants are not allowed to bring pets.
- Fees are based on the registration time, and are subject to change without prior notice;
- Participants should arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure time, late arrivals will not be accommodated;
- To safeguard the health of participants, those who are unwell or have a temperature above 37.5°C will be refused from joining the group, and the tour fee will not be refunded;
- On the day of departure, please wear light and comfortable clothing, sports shoes, bring your own rain gear, sun protection equipment, sufficient drinks and personal medication; as the activity venue may involve walking or climbing stairs, it is not recommended for pregnant women or those with mobility issues to participate;
- Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or the date changed, and all paid fees will not be refunded. If the participant wishes to change the representative within 7 working days before departure, an additional handling fee of HKD100 per person will be charged;
- If a participant suddenly withdraws or does not participate in any group activity during the event, it will be considered as voluntarily giving up, the participant must sign a withdrawal notice, and all paid fees will not be refunded or compensated, and the personal safety responsibility will be borne by the participant alone, and has no relation to the company;
- On the day of departure, participants must bring their electronic or physical admission tickets and valid ID cards for staff verification at the designated time and location. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to decide whether the participant can join the activity, and the fees paid by the refused participant will not be refunded;
- Arrangements under inclement weather conditions : If the Observatory hoists Signal No.3 or above, or issues a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal two hours before the meeting time on the departure day, or it is forecasted that such signals will be hoisted within the next two hours, the activity will be cancelled, and participants can choose to reschedule, otherwise all paid fees will not be refunded. If Signal No.1 Typhoon or Yellow/Red Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the activity will proceed as normal, and no refund will be made if participants choose not to participate. Additionally, if the Observatory hoists the Black Rainstorm Warning or Signal No.3 or above Typhoon Signal during the activity, the activity will be terminated early based on the safety consideration of the participants, and no refund will be made for any fees.
Participants agree to comply with the terms and conditions established by Yunnc Lifestyle Service Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
Disclaimer:
Participant’s Declaration and Warranty: By participating in this activity, namely Cultural Exploration – Hong Kong Traditional Mahjong School Experience (hereinafter referred to as the “Activity”), you confirm that you are in good mental and physical health, capable of participating in this activity, and have not been diagnosed by a medical professional as unfit to participate due to physical conditions. Participants voluntarily participate in the Activity and assume their own risks and responsibilities.
You agree to assume all responsibility in the following circumstances: during or after participating in the Activity, during practice sessions, during transportation to and from the Activity, or at any other occasion, for any accidents, unfortunate incidents, death, injuries, property damages, loss, or any other consequential economic losses that may arise from or be related to the Activity. You agree that the Company or any institutions or individuals providing venues, meals, medical services, logistics, information technology, or other support or services for the Activity (or any directors, employees, agents, or contractors of the aforementioned institutions/individuals, or any individuals associated with the aforementioned institutions/individuals) shall not be liable for any compensation or legal obligations in relation to this.
In the event that you incur additional expenses for the Company due to accidents occurring during the Activity, you agree to compensate the Company. You agree that the Company reserves the right to cancel the Activity at any time without prior notice. This disclaimer does not exclude or limit the Company’s liability for any loss of life or personal injury caused by negligence.
Authorization to Use Your Images, Voice, and Stories:
By agreeing to this disclaimer, you authorize the Company and Hong Kong Mahjong Company (co-organizer) to use your images, voice, and stories. You acknowledge and understand that the Company may use your images, voice (video recording, audio recordings, or other forms), and/or stories for the following purposes:
We may take photos, videos, or conduct interviews with you for promotional and publicity purposes of the Company’s work.Your images (videos/photos), voice (video recordings, audio tapes, or other forms), and/or stories may be used by the Company and the co-organizer, Hong Kong Mahjong Company, and their respective partners for the promotion of the Company’s work. They may appear in various media, including websites, newspapers, social media, publications, television, and radio. Your images, voice, and/or stories may be seen or heard by people around the world, including in your country or region.
Regarding Participant’s Declaration:
Participant’s Personal Data: You agree that the Company has the right to collect, store, and use your personal data as provided in one or more forms (including electronic forms) for purposes related to the Cultural Exploration – Hong Kong Traditional Mahjong School Experience (including but not limited to the preparation, promotion, or publicity of the 「Cultural Exploration – Hong Kong Traditional Mahjong School Experience」. You agree that such collection, storage, and use are lawful.
